You’re very close to both the beach and the hipster neighborhood of La Veleta. A quick ride takes you straight to the shoreline, beach clubs, and the hotel zone. It’s the perfect balance: a relaxing base where you can disconnect, with the beach and all the action just minutes away.

July 2024This was my second visit to this property and it's still my favorite place to stay in Tulum. I love the 7 swimming pools and the private pool on the sundeck. The bedrooms are spacious and each with its own spacious bathroom. There is an additional bathroom next to the living room as well. The aircon works amazing and doesn't blow directly on you like the typical A/C wall unit. Yes, the roads are bad near the property. You need a car and better rent an SUV. Nothing is walkable around the property so you will need a car to go grocery shopping and to visit the amazing restaurants in Tulum.
