Payment and Cancellation Policy:
-50% of the total amount is required to guarantee the reservation
-The remaining 50% balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival
-If the reservation is made with less than 14 days prior to arrival, the full payment is required on the same day of booking
-If cancelled with more than 14 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount is not refundable
-If cancelled with 14 days or less, the total amount is not refundable
-If your reservation is from the 20th of December to the 20th of January, the full payment is required on the same day of booking, and it is not refundable
-Guests may request to change their booking dates within the same calendar year, subject to availability and written confirmation from the management. If the new dates fall under a higher rate period, the guest is responsible for paying the price difference. If the new dates fall under a lower rate period, no refund or credit will be issued for the rate difference
Security Deposit:
-A security deposit is required to access the apartment; the amount of the deposit is specified at the time of payment in each listing.
-This deposit is released after check-out, provided that the apartment is left in optimal condition.
-The deposit can be paid via a payment request or the check-in form sent 1 day prior to check-in. Unless your booking is more than 7 nights, in which case the deposit has to be paid at the office.
-The time for the funds to appear back in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.

- Si se cancela con 14 días o menos de antelación, el importe total no es reembolsable.
- Si su reserva es del 20 de diciembre al 20 de enero, se deberá abonar el importe total el mismo día de la reserva y no es reembolsable.
- Los huéspedes pueden solicitar cambios de fecha de reserva dentro del mismo año natural, sujetos a disponibilidad y confirmación por escrito de la dirección. Si las nuevas fechas se encuentran en un período con una tarifa superior, el huésped será responsable de abonar la diferencia de precio. Si las nuevas fechas coinciden con un período con tarifa más baja, no se emitirá ningún reembolso ni crédito por la diferencia de tarifa.
Depósito de seguridad:
- Se requiere un depósito de seguridad para acceder al departamento. El importe se especifica al momento del pago en cada anuncio.
- Este depósito se libera después de la salida, siempre que el departamento se deje en óptimas condiciones.
- El depósito se puede pagar mediante una solicitud de pago o a través del formulario de check-in enviado un día antes de la llegada. A menos que su reserva sea de más de 7 noches, en cuyo caso el depósito deberá abonarse en la oficina.
- El tiempo para que los fondos aparezcan en su cuenta puede variar según el tiempo de procesamiento de su banco.
