The neighbourhood

Mistiq Temple I sits in a peaceful, developing area surrounded by jungle and away from the busy main roads. Although there aren't many restaurants, shops, or cafes around. You’re very close to both the beach and the hipster neighborhood of La Veleta. A quick ride takes you straight to the shoreline, beach clubs, and the hotel zone. It’s the perfect balance: a relaxing base where you can disconnect, with the beach and all the action just minutes away.

Mistiq is surrounded by nature and truly embraces the essence of Tulum. It counts with all the amenities needed including 8 pools and a gym. The place feels like luxury and is very peaceful. However, inside the apartment we found cockroaches everywhere including the stove. They offered to fumigate but we had already unpacked. Overall I would definitely recommend visiting Mistiq if you’d like to be connected to nature and luxury. Tulum is under construction in general therefore there will be construction noises all over the city.

Mi estancia fue excelente. Las instalaciones son de lo mejor en el apartamento, aire acondicionado y utensilios de cocina, todo funciona a la perfección, la alberca principal que fue la que visitamos siempre, esta limpia y a una temperatura muy agradable, las camas para asolearse siempre limpias, ell personal siempre está trabajando en mantener El lugar al 100. la calle en la que se encuentra ubicado es cierto que no está pavimentada pero en general tulum es un lugar en desarrollo y muchas calles están así, pero siempre hay un taxi cerca disponible o también el personal de recepción te ayuda a conseguirlo, el servicio de la Van que te lleva al club de playa nos gustó mucho también. No necesitas salir para buscar viveres o comida preparada esta el mini super o llega el servicio de uber eats. Pasamos una semana de vacaciones espectaculares. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente a mis necesidades, No dudaría en regresar

It was a great spot and they had multiple pools and the room was clean and neat , only thing is there’s not always a person at the entrance so it makes it a bit hard to find the room but once you know it’s just A B and C it’s easy to find definitely a big spot and not too far from the beach I would say about 5 minutes

The mystiq is perfectly located between the downtown area and the beach access. The aroma of the place filled with the plants and trees was peaceful and relaxing for vacation! Aside from not having shampoo, body washes or paper napkins, the establishment was all very helpful and there is a store conveniently located next to the lobby/check in area. We rented a car, but also took advantage of the Atv rentals they have conveniently on the property. I would definitely recommend if you want a nice getaway from the city!

I had the most peaceful stay! Everything was just as described. I also felt very safe. The property is absolutely stunning. I enjoyed the way the loft was nestled in nature. It was so quiet and serene. The rooftop pool is also a 10/10. I went up for the sunrise and sunset and it was the most spectacular view!!! You also get a clear view of the ocean from the pool! The staff were all nice and very helpful. I also enjoyed the meals from the restaurant on site. The apartment was also clean and comfortable. I stayed for 2 weeks and I enjoyed every moment. The free shuttle to downtown is also a plus and not to mention the shop with all the necessities you might need! I will definitely be back!
