The space

Welcome to this unique apartment featuring one bedroom and a private terrace exclusively for your use! As you enter, you'll be surrounded by natural light streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The unit boasts an open-concept design with spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas.

The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances our guests may need, including a refrigerator, coffee maker, and stove, along with all necessary utensils for cooking. The kitchen island has three bar stools, ideal for morning breakfasts.

The living area features a sofa bed, perfect for families looking for the ideal apartment, a smart TV, and a dining area in the back. The tasteful decor makes this unit a unique space to relax and enjoy Tulum!

The private bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, is the perfect place to unwind at night. In the morning, when you draw the curtains, you can enjoy an impressive view of the central round pool and the building.

The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, as well as bath towels and pool towels.

The most distinctive feature of this unit is the private terrace with a dining area, sun lounges, and an amazing private pool! This space offers the perfect blend of enjoyment and relaxation during your stay in Tulum!

The neighbourhood

Mistiq Temple I sits in a peaceful, developing area surrounded by jungle and away from the busy main roads. Although there aren't many restaurants, shops, or cafes around. You’re very close to both the beach and the hipster neighborhood of La Veleta. A quick ride takes you straight to the shoreline, beach clubs, and the hotel zone. It’s the perfect balance: a relaxing base where you can disconnect, with the beach and all the action just minutes away.
